Today, I am honored to stand before you, representatives of the great Libyan people, to present my vision for building a new Libya that overcomes divisions and regains its status as a unified, stable, and prosperous state. I am well aware that the road ahead is long, but the will and ability of the Libyan people to overcome adversity is our guarantee of success.
